I always use frozen fruit when making my smoothies. Here are 3 reasons why:
1. My smoothies always end up tasting better.
2. During the winter months, it’s much cheaper to buy frozen fruit compared to fresh fruit.
3. Frozen fruit doesn’t need to be washed or cut up like fresh fruit. It saves time!
I have always found frozen fruit far more convenient for me. It’s quick and easy compared to using fresh.
