‘Tis the season for pumpkin flavored everything. Might as well add a smoothie to that list.
1/2 cup pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon (or pumpkin pie spice if you have that)
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth
2. Enjoy the yumminess
