This recipe is originally from Running with Spoons. It looked delicious, but I decided to modify it to more simpler terms. Behold:
Half of a frozen banana
1/4 cup oats
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon butter
1/c cup milk
Chocolate chips (optional)
1. Pour 1/4 cup of oats into blender. I like to grind all the oats into a powder before I blend the other ingredients.
2. Put the rest of the ingredients in and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a cup.
4. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
